Evaluation Team Lead (HIV / TB)

Background

The Program Cycle Support Activity (PCSA) is conducting a mid-term evaluation of a joint HIV and TB project in Myanmar.  The Evaluation Team Lead act as the lead for this evaluation. The Evaluation Team lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, analysis and report writing of for the evaluation.  S/He is expected to provide task coordination for the evaluation team and quality oversight of the process and report.

S/He works closely with the Performance Monitoring Specialist and Evaluations and Assessment Manager to manage the evaluation and produce final reports and presentations.

The position requires travel to Yangon, Myanmar and may require travel within Myanmar.

Scope of Work

The Evaluation Team Lead will serve as chief technical advisor and will be responsible for the management of the entire evaluation and technical management of the evaluation team. S/he is responsible for the submission of the final report.   Responsibilities likely include (but are not limited to):

Participate in the client inbrief and exit brief meetings as well as final results presentation

The selected candidate will preferably have the following qualifications and experience.

Location

The position requires travel to Yangon, Myanmar and may require travel within Myanmar.
